Two bald eagles hanging out by I-90 just past exit 15 tonight. Your Eagle might be the rarer sight.

When my family visits from out of state, they always are so excited over seeing a bald eagle. Meanwhile when I go to Camano Island or Whidbey on occasion, you can basically count on seeing at least two.

It’s amazing when you consider that there were something like 1000 total in the lower 48 if you go back to 1950s. We have something like 100 times that today.

I was just thinking the other day how I haven’t seen one of these in like twenty years. I’ve seen more Eagle Premiers in that time than Visions.
